Account, team, and billing
The ··· menu on your profile is Settings, this Help, and Log out. Settings is a modal over the app.
Settings
Open the three dots next to your name. Click Settings. The left column is the topic. The right column is the form.
- General name, email, password, dark mode.
- Notifications Nora does not email the front desk. Patient texts and calls live under Personalization.
- Personalization which board sections you see, and whether you use texting and calling.
- Connectors practice software, messaging, phone, and optional apps. See Connectors.
- Impact salary, minutes, and typical slot value. Owners only. See Impact.
- Billing current plan and invoices, once an owner is set up.
- Team opens the people list so an owner can invite assistants.
Plans
Base is $500 per month for one office. Enterprise is $1,000 per month for more than one office. Sales go through a conversation, a connector, and a BAA. There is no self-serve checkout on this site. Email contact or tyler@tjo-innovations.com.

Team
Owners invite assistants from Team (or Settings → Team). Assistants use chat and the board. They do not connect practice software or set Impact rates.
Password
Settings → General → Password. That dialog is also where you update the login for this email.
